export everything any time, in formats you can use. no fee for leaving, no hostage negotiation, no deletion-by-ticket.

No SSO tax

single sign-on is in every tier. we don't paywall the secure way to log in.

The price is on the website

what you see is what you pay. no "request a quote", no enterprise pricing maze, no surprise renewal uplift.

Cancel from settings

no retention call, no 30-day notice buried in a contract. turn it off yourself and take your data with you.

We say what's in progress

where something isn't built yet, we say so — on the security page and to your face. we don't sell roadmap as if it shipped.

We use it ourselves

we run our own business on concorbit. if something's painful for you, it's painful for us first.

we're a small team and we'll occasionally miss. when we do, email hello@concorbit.com and you'll get a person who can actually fix it, not a ticket number and a canned reply. that's the whole point of building the helpdesk ourselves.
