Pricing
Per user, per month, in pounds. Three tiers, two seat kinds, and metered capability at cost. There is no sales process to get any of it.
Concorbit
For firms that win work by quoting for it. Contacts, companies and deals, proposals signed in the browser, forms, invoices and credit notes paid through Stripe, the customer portal, and a public website that writes enquiries onto the record. Consultancies and agencies mostly stop here.
Pro
Where most teams land. Everything above, plus the operational half of the platform: the helpdesk with queues and SLA clocks, the dispatch board, projects, RMM, contracts and retainers that warn you before the hours run out, the password vault, procurement and reconciliation, workflows, insights, and the Autotask, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks or Xero, Unifi, Psono and BookStack connections.
Mobile seat
For the people who never open a laptop. The job list, the form for the site, sign-off and time entry, on the phone, with no web workspace access. Add as many as you need, on any tier.
Extra seat
For contractors, freelancers and part-timers. Web access to exactly the modules you whitelist for them, and nothing else.
Agency
For running your customers on the platform rather than just yourself. A workspace per customer under your own branding, and one bill to you at the end of the month.
How the agency tier worksThe tiers above are priced products: you pay for seats. The metered capabilities are different. They meter by use, not by seat, and they are priced at cost: what the delivery, storage and processing cost us is what they cost you.
Ten sends a month are free. Beyond that, £1.50 per 1,000.
Metered on the storage held, per 100 GB, averaged over the month, with your own tenant and each customer tenant you protect metered separately. The rate is deliberately not printed here while it is being revised; you see it before you switch anything on. Please contact us for storage costs for 365 backup.
£50 per month, per compliance module. Compliance can be sold to your customers and exist in their customer portal, to enable co-completion of their awards. Compliance exists at a tenant level for your awards.
The meters keep two registers: what you use and what you resell. Your own tenant's backup and your own email are a running cost of your business. Each customer tenant you protect is its own meter line, and the managed service around it is sold at your price. At cost is the floor of what you pay us; it is never your customer's price. How MSPs resell these.
No implementation fee. We help you bring your data in because we would rather you were running properly than paying for a project.
Microsoft 365 single sign-on is included on every tier. Charging extra for the secure option has always been a strange way to behave.
Your customers do not count as seats, however many of them log in to raise tickets and pay invoices.
Cancel from settings without ringing anyone; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Taking an export of your contacts and companies is a settings page, not a support ticket.
Yes. Your workspace sets a base tier, and any seat can be raised above it, so two engineers can sit on Pro while the office stays on Concorbit. A seat never drops below the base, and Agency is all or nothing. The seat kinds mix on any tier: £5 extra seats with whitelisted modules, £12 mobile seats with no web access.
One seat. We would rather have a sole trader who stays than a ten-seat commitment that gets cancelled in March.
No. Monthly rolls month to month, and you cancel from settings whenever you like.
Yes, seven days. If we are running an invite-only intake at the time, join the waitlist instead and we will be in touch.
If they ever go up, they go up for new customers first, and we tell you before your renewal in an email you can read in one sitting.
