Concorbit backs up your M365 and your customers', every day, to encrypted storage outside the tenant. You pay cost. What you charge your customers is your business.
That is not our claim, it is Microsoft's shared-responsibility model. Microsoft keeps Exchange and SharePoint running; keeping copies of what your business puts in them is on you. Most businesses assume 365 is backed up. By default, it is not.
Most of your customers assume it too. That is the whole opportunity, and this page ends with you selling them the fix.
Concorbit backs up the mailboxes, OneDrive accounts, SharePoint sites and Teams channels you put on the list, once a day. Mail is the default; calendars and contacts switch on per tenant. You choose the list per customer, so you back up what you have agreed to protect and nothing you have not.
Backups are held on Concorbit's own encrypted storage, not in the customer's 365 tenant. A deletion inside 365 cannot take the backup with it: the deletion is recorded, the copy is kept. Every daily capture is retained.
Browse a mailbox or a drive, download one file, or put it straight back into the live tenant. The restore browser acts on the newest copy of each item.
One consent per customer tenant. No per-user passwords, nothing installed on anyone's machine.
Backup has its own queue and its own worker machine, separate from the application and from the syncs your team is using during the day.
Chose how you sell backup to your customers and make whatever margin you want. Sell it as seats or sell it as consumption. Data is backed up to cloud S3 buckets and each customer blob is encrypted for their own data.
Concorbit sells the backup based on consumption. You are metered and billed monthly on your consumption allowing you to chose a model for billing your customers.
Then decide what it is worth to the customer who owns that data.
