An operating system for working businesses

Built by people who run the kind of business it's for.

concorbit started because the tools didn't fit. running a real operation meant a crm that didn't know about the helpdesk, a quoting tool that didn't know about billing, and an afternoon a week spent keeping them in step. so we built one platform where the customer record is shared by everything, and we run our own business on it.

we're a small, independent uk company, self-funded. that's a deliberate choice: it means the product answers to the people using it, not to a growth target set by an investor who's never logged a ticket. we'd rather ship something a working business actually needs than chase a number.

it also means we move at the pace of the work. features land when they're right and useful, and you'll usually find a plain note about what shipped this week in the footer.

One record, not five tools
you should type a customer in once. everything else should already know about them.
Your data is yours
no export fee, no lock-in, no "talk to your account manager" to leave. take it whenever you like.
Plain pricing
the price is on the website. no sso tax, no surprise renewal, no quote-on-request games.
Specific beats slick
we'd rather get the BS 7671 EICR layout right than write another paragraph about synergy.

UK, small team, est. 2024.

hosted in the uk, built in the uk, supported by people who know the product. if you want to know how we handle your data, the security page says it plainly. if you want to know how we do business, read our promises.
